1. Information We Collect

When you register and use our services, we collect necessary information to provide a secure and reliable experience. This data includes your Username, Email Address, IP Address, Hardware ID (HWID), and your Discord ID (if you choose to use Discord SSO for login).

2. How We Use Your Information

The collected information is used primarily for authentication, security, and license management. Your HWID and IP Address are essential for verifying license ownership and enforcing our one-license-per-user policy. Your Email and Discord ID are used for account recovery, notifications, and customer support.

3. Security & Anti-Cheat Data

To protect our software from reverse engineering and unauthorized distribution, we monitor system interactions. This may include gathering telemetry related to debugging tools, memory reading attempts, or other prohibited activities. The specifics of how this data is collected and processed are kept confidential to maintain security integrity.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners and trusted affiliates. Authentication may be processed through third-party services like Discord SSO, subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Retention & Bans

If your account is banned due to violations such as reverse engineering or license sharing, we may retain your HWID, IP Address, and Discord ID indefinitely to prevent future access and ensure the security of our platform. We reserve the right to withhold the specific reasons for any account bans based on management discretion.
