Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using byteX.Dev services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you must not use our services or software.

2. Product Delivery & Compatibility

Products are delivered as digital licenses linked to your byteX.dev account and are accessed via a custom Loader application. The Loader is exclusively supported on Windows 10 and Windows 11 64-bit operating systems. If you attempt to use our products on an unsupported operating system, our team will provide support to help you upgrade to a supported version. However, if you refuse to upgrade and request a refund, granting that refund is entirely at the discretion of byteX.dev management.

3. Licensing & Hardware Locking

All purchased licenses are directly tied to your byteX.dev account and can be managed through the Client Area. You must log into the Loader using your byteX.dev account credentials. Upon logging in, the account and its associated licenses are locked to your specific computer hardware (HWID). It is strictly prohibited to share, resell, distribute, or market a single license to multiple individuals. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the license without a refund. Once a license period expires, it can no longer be used unless renewed.

4. Reverse Engineering & Security

Our software incorporates advanced security measures and reverse engineering protections. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, unpack, crack, or otherwise analyze the software's source code, memory, or behavior is strictly forbidden. If our systems detect any such activity, your account and licenses will be permanently banned.

5. Account Termination & Refund Policy

We reserve the right to ban or suspend any user from our system upon detection of malicious activities or rule violations. In the event of service termination due to violations of these terms, granting a refund is entirely up to byteX.dev management's discretion. If a user requests to know the specific reason for their ban, providing this information is also at the discretion of the management board. To ensure the integrity of our security, the exact workings of our reverse engineering protections and detection methods are kept strictly confidential.

6. Payment Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions

Any detection of stolen credit cards or unauthorized payments will result in a permanent and complete ban from all byteX.dev services for that user, without any exceptions.

7. Restricted Regions

We do not sell our products or provide any services to the following countries and regions: Iran, Russia, North Korea, Syria, Crimea (Ukraine), Donetsk (Ukraine), Luhansk (Ukraine), Sudan / South Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, and Libya. If we detect that you are accessing or purchasing our services from any of these regions, your service will be immediately terminated.

8. Product Updates & Support Lifecycle

byteX.dev is not obligated to keep its offered products continuously updated. Support provided for our products is only valid within the scope of these terms. We reserve the right to terminate the support period for any product at our discretion. If a product's support period has been terminated and a user still holds an active license for it, the user is entitled to request a refund.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
